Disable Curable and supportive program
Among the total population of Nepal, 5.03 per thousand people are disabled in Nepal. The survey conducted by the Ministry of Education in eight districts of Nepal declared that 4.55% total disables are found. In these scenarios, Lions club plan to implement the project to support them in a regular manner as to recover their life in the normal position as much as possible and also to provide the vocational training.

- INFORMATION CENTER: where each records of the disabilities and the activities of the project will be maintained.
- Vocational Training: to conduct well equipped vocational trainings that provides education to them.
- Medical checkup: facilities will be provided with the cooperation from the local hospitals and for a special case will be refered to the respected hospital for further treatment. Medical expenses to be beared by the Host clubs with the support from Partner clubs and the Lions District office.
- Equipment distribution: to play a vital role as a mediator for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, providing physical supportive equipments.
- Awareness Program: To increase awareness level on disability and develop various programs for the promotion of the disable people.
- Referable Program: this project will refer the disabled people to the related org. for their life long settlement or for further development. Similarly, there is free medical facilities provided by the government and some private hospitals for them but it is unknown by disabled people and lack of transportation/other expenses which unables them to get facilities. In such situation, the project will provide the medical facility from the hospital and other related sectors of treatment.

The disable people in Chitwan, Makwanpur, Parsa, Nawalparasi, Gorkha, Tanahun, Dhadhing, Baglung and other adjoining districts will be benefitted from this project.
